Dr. Chad Teague

Dr. Chad Teague is a Chiropractic Physician and co-founder of Code Chiro. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Mount Union with a major in Exercise Science and minor in Chemistry. At Mount Union, he played football as well as wrestled.  He is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. While at Palmer, he was an active member of Sports Council. Dr. Teague has multiple certifications including:

Dr. Mary Teague

Dr. Mary Teague is a Chiropractic Physician and co-founder of Code Chiro. She completed her Bachelor's of Science at Radford University in Virginia where she also competed in the Big South Conference for Women's Soccer.  She graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. While at Palmer, Dr. Mary took an interest in pediatrics, pre, and post natal care.  Dr. Mary is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and is currently working towards her pediatric diplomate.

Dr. Brennan Martin

Dr. Brennan Martin graduated with his bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Loyola University Chicago. After graduation he worked as a physical therapy aide in an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Chicago, where he gained experience working with a diverse population of patients including firefighters. paramedics, competitive athletes and the general population.

He went on to attend National University of Health Sciences, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He then began working for a local integrative clinic working alongside other healthcare providers and focusing on movement-based treatment plans. Dr. Martin has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal condisions and sports injuries. While growing up in Toledo, Ohio he played lacrosse, football and competitive rugby.

Dr. Mark Kulinski

Dr. Mark Kulinski completed his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Biology at Case Western Reserve University with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. During his time at CWRU, he competed in the pole vault and long jump for the Men’s Track and Field team. He discovered his passion for coaching movement and resistance training as a graduate assistant with the CWRU Track and Field teams from 2016-2018. Dr. Mark graduated with honors from Northeast College of Health Sciences and has the following certifications:
